Annually, The Ergathon is Capital Crew’s major fundraising event. “Ergs” are stationary rowing machines that measure the time, power, and meters each athlete rows. Although each athlete pays fees covering basic costs, fundraising enables upgrading and acquiring new equipment that keeps Capital Crew competitive. Because of your support, the Capital Crew Boosters can buy new boats and oars, provide food for the athletes at regattas, offset fees and travel costs to away regattas, and have a scholarship program to make the rowing program accessible to all.
